Agreement
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of figbenefits.com and the forms, content, and AI assistant available on it (the "Site"). The Site is operated by FIG Benefits LLC ("FIG Benefits," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent insurance agency in Johnson City, Tennessee. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Informational content only
The Site describes insurance and benefits products in general terms for educational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer of coverage, a quote, a binder, or advice about a specific plan. Coverage terms, eligibility, and cost are determined by the insurance carrier and the policy you receive. Always read your policy documents.
Medicare-related content is general education. FIG Benefits does not represent every plan available in your area; see the disclaimer on our Medicare page. For information on all of your options, contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your State Health Insurance Assistance Program.
Requests submitted through the Site
Submitting a quote, contact, callback, or referral request asks us to get in touch with you. It does not create coverage or a client relationship, and we may decline to pursue a request. You agree to provide accurate information and to submit information about another person only when that person expects us to contact them.
By checking the consent box on a form or confirming a request in the assistant, you agree that FIG Benefits may contact you by phone or email about that request. We do not use automated dialers or send marketing text messages.
AI assistant
The assistant is an automated tool that can make mistakes. It is not a licensed agent, does not quote prices, and does not recommend specific plans or carriers. It prepares requests only when you confirm them on screen. Do not enter health information, Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, or dates of birth. Responses are generated with a third-party AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false, misleading, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the Site's security or operation, probe or bypass its protections, or use automated tools to submit forms or messages.
- Do not attempt to manipulate the assistant into producing content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, graphics, and logos are owned by FIG Benefits or its licensors. Carrier names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify companies we represent. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use; other uses require our written permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to carrier websites, scheduling tools, and other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. FIG Benefits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Tennessee insurance regulations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Washington County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be directed to FIG Benefits using the contact information in the footer.
